By using OrionFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
OrionFlow provides AI-assisted tools for hardware engineering, CAD analysis, engineering documentation and related workflows.
2. User content
You retain ownership of engineering files and other content that you submit to OrionFlow.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and authorization to upload such material.
3. AI-generated results
OrionFlow may generate analyses, recommendations, CAD-related outputs, documentation and other engineering results.
AI-generated results are provided as engineering assistance and must be reviewed and validated by a qualified engineer before use in manufacturing, safety-critical systems or other consequential applications.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use OrionFlow to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, attack the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every engineering analysis will be error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionFlow is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unverified AI-generated engineering outputs.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as OrionFlow develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this website.
