1. The Service
OrionFlow converts natural-language descriptions into parametric CAD models that you can edit, re-dimension, and export in standard formats (STEP, STL, GLB). The Service is currently offered as an early-access beta: features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn, and generation output will not always be correct or complete.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at sahilmaniyar@orionflow.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
- If you sign in with Google, your use of Google's service is also governed by Google's own terms.
3. Your content and ownership
You own what you make. As between you and OrionFlow, you retain all rights to the prompts you write and the models, drawings, and files generated from them ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over your designs.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, storing your designs, rendering them in the viewer, and diagnosing failed generations. We do not use your private designs to train models made available to other customers without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights necessary to submit it. Do not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or violates the law.
4. Engineering disclaimer — read this
AI-generated models are a starting point, not a certified design. Output may contain dimensional, geometric, or structural errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing any model before using it for manufacturing, load-bearing applications, safety-critical systems, or any real-world use. OrionFlow output is provided for design assistance only and does not constitute professional engineering advice or certification.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to design weapons, or components whose primary purpose is to cause harm, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction;
- Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service, bypass rate limits or access controls, or access other users' data;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own service without our written agreement;
- Scrape the Service or use automated means to create accounts or submit prompts at abusive volume;
- Misrepresent AI-generated models as independently certified engineering work.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Fees
The Service is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing will be published in advance and no charge will ever be applied to your account without your explicit agreement.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service itself — including the OrionFlow name, logo, website, software, generation pipeline, and documentation — is owned by OrionFlow and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. Open-source components included in the Service remain governed by their respective licences.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these Terms.
9. Termination
- By you: you may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing sahilmaniyar@orionflow.in. You may export Your Content before deletion.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to export Your Content.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated models will meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from the manufacture or use of generated models. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₹5,000 (INR). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold OrionFlow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or an in-product notice before the changes take effect. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and request deletion of your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at sahilmaniyar@orionflow.in so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.
15. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OrionFlow regarding the Service.
